| The
Client Manager Screen
There are two different Client
Managers available within the program, 1) The
Home Inventory Client Manager for use with your
customer's residences and 2) The Business Client
Manager which is ideal for use with Businesses,
Religious Institutions and other Organizations.
Each provides entry fields specific to the type
of customer and produces either "Home Inventory
Reports" or "Business Asset Reports"
respectively.
While most users will only need one client
manager for each type of customer, you may
create multiple client managers. For
instance, if you are operating your business in
two or more areas you may distinguish your
customers by geographic location or if you are
working with a partner or if you have employees
you may create additional client managers for
each location or operator.
You are able to maintain an unlimited
number of customers within each Client Manager
along with their inventories, pictures, videos,
document scans and their estimates or invoices.
For security and ensuring your customer's
privacy, each customer is automatically assigned
a unique client identification which safeguards
their information outside of the program.
Performing data back-ups or moving
information from one computer to another is
simple. The program creates one folder
with a very small footprint on your hard drive
which can be easily transferred. No
identifiable customer information is visible
within the folder.
