The Home Inventory
Client Manager

You can maintain an unlimited number of clients
within your Client Manager. The
client's
home inventory records
are attached to each Client record. Also important to note,
you can easily set up multiple Home Inventory Client
Managers to distinguish groups of customers if
needed.
Also included is the
Homeowner's Insurance Company and Agent information
fields. To help you remember important details
about your customer, thus providing excellent
customer service, we've included a special field
which allows you to record customer's household
member names and a Customer and Property notes filed
where you can record any additional information.
|
Adding property
photos is easy. With one click on the
photo field you can import the images from
your digital camera or from a file created
on your hard drive.
There's a built in
viewer (to the right), so if you want a
closer look at the images just click on the
picture.
To save you time,
all photos automatically resize to fit the
screens and your reports. |

We've made it very easy to
price and print your service estimates and later
print your invoices after the services are
completed.

As previously
mentioned your customer's
Client ID, Name and Address are
automatically imported.
Just enter some "job"
size information and other billable item
rates into the designated fields.
We've included

in your locality, you can use the built-in
Sales Tax or Value Added Tax field to figure
the taxes for you. Just input your tax
rate.
You can print an
Estimate or an Invoice that includes your
logo and contact information.
Complete pricing
details and guidelines are included in the
